Almonds Crunch
Those almonds crunch are perfect for tea time or with a coffee in the end of your meal. Crunchy and tasty, you will fall in love with them…
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g flour
- 40 g soft butter
- 70 g almond powder
- 80 g whole almonds
- 20 g flaked almonds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Recipe:
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients (excption for 1 egg yolk) using a wooden spatula. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Spread the dough on a baking tray covered by a baking paper. Using a brush, spread the egg yolk on top. Place in the oven and cook 20 minutes. Then, remove from the oven and let cool down before cutting big pieces with a knife.
